what is included in my out-of-the-box event package?
packages are designed to be 'all inclusive' and include all of the little details that you need to delight your guests. a complete list of package inclusions can be found on each theme page and you can then drill down to see individual components.
some of our packages include food and beverage items.
catering can be added to any package for an additional fee.
how does pricing work?
each package includes an all inclusive price as well as a per-person price for food and/or beverage.
pricing includes everything from delivery to setup to teardown and there are no hidden fees.
some packages allow for additional upgrades where rates are clearly stated on the product page.
most orders require a deposit at the time of booking which is fully refundable until 30 days prior to your event. balance will be due one week prior to your event date.
does my package include staff?
our staff will setup your event, including food & beverage if you ordered if from us, and ensure you have everything you need before your event begins. our setups are designed to be 'self serve' to help keep your cost down so staff will not be onsite during your event. we will return when you are done to clean up!
does my package come with food?
some of our packages, including our popcorn and candy bars, include food and beverage.
catering can be added to any feature table package and is priced per person. we recommend ordering your catering with your package as it allows to to recommend the perfect items to compliment your setup. we work with some awesome local catering companies and bakeries so we promise it will be delicious!
